Workout A: 2 Feb 2012

I only completed the target number of reps in the Pull-down, so the weight for the Press is the same this week. However, I reviewed Body again, and thought more about the f/5 repetitions from before. The mindset was to get closer to something that felt like total failure with a second set, rather than continuing longer while still under the initial resistance. I’ve stopped doing the f/5 set, holding the resistance longer at the end of the 5/5 set.
